There are two week long meal plans based on some of the recipes in the book. If one doesn't really suit your taste buds, simply replace it with another recipe of your choice, but make sure you pay attention to the ingredients as you may need to add them to your grocery list. Even if you don't want to use the meal plan, it will at least give you an idea on how to make a customized weekly meal plan for yourself.

Each meal plan comes with its own grocery shopping list to help you save a little time. If you really want to stick to your diet, don't buy anything not on your list!!

Each recipe has its own barcode to scan right into MyFitnessPal. It doesn't get any easier to keep track of what you are eating!
🌯 Recipe Key
There are small symbols on each recipe that represent if the recipe is gluten free, dairy free, low carb, high protein, quick to make, meal prep/freezer friendly, and if it contains nuts. The recipe key is in the front of the book.
