Over the years I have found the two biggest obstacles to fitness and self care are time and money. Through the help of the Trainerize app I have been able to break through those obstacles for a wide variety of clients! This app makes it more affordable to have professional guidance in your wellness routine from personal training to nutrition. My clients have found a variety of different ways to take advantage of these online services and sometimes mix a skype session in when they need extra assistance or would like to have a private session but don't need me by their side. A Posture Correction Plan

This is for people struggling with postural issues. Many of my clients come to me with chronic pain and tension issues that result from poor posture. Postural issues can be fixed through a combination of foam rolling, stretching, and exercises. This is one "workout" that you will do as often as possible to help reverse poor posture and generally takes about 15-20 minutes. What's included? 30-minute online posture assessment and consultation, in-depth posture analysis report, customized exercise prescription.

A Custom Stretch Routine

Stretching feels amazing! Well, not always during the stretch but how you feel after is profoundly different. Most people are unsure of what stretches to do and how long to hold them for so this will take the guess work out of the equation. We will start with a 30-minute online consultation to assess your posture and flexibility, and discuss any injuries or issues you may be having. I will also need to know how long you want your routine to be - most people want 15-30 minutes. Then I will create a customized stretch routine designed to help you feel your best!

6-Week Personal Training Plan

This is your best choice when you want the guidance of a personal trainer building your workouts, but are very comfortable with exercising on your own and can hold yourself accountable. The plan is customized to your goals, time available, and number of days you would like to work out. Most people choose three workouts per week and like to switch up the plan every 6 weeks. What's included? 30-minute phone or online video consultation, custom training plan, a sample weekly schedule, monthly accountability check-in.

Accountability Training Plan

Are you comfortable working out on your own but still need the accountability of a trainer checking up on you? This is the plan for you! Have your workouts planned with the guidance of a personal trainer and have the accountability of logging your workouts in the app, plus a weekly check in. The plan is customized to your goals, time available, and number of days you would like to work out. Most people choose three workouts per week and like to switch up the plan every 4 weeks. What's included? 30-minute phone or online video consultation, custom training plan, a sample weekly schedule, and weekly accountability check-ins. I will also be checking if you logged in your workout, if not I will check in on you!

Nutrition & Personal Training Plan

This has all the perks of the accountability plan with nutritional guidance too! There is no one size fits all diet so we will work together to find what truly fits your lifestyle. What's included? 60-minute phone or online video consultation, custom training plan, custom meal plan, a sample weekly schedule, and weekly accountability check-in for both nutrition and workouts
